JCS has developed the Personnel Screening
Report to assist companies in assessing the proficiency of their current (or
potential) workforce members. Three types of assessment reports allow areas of
concentration in technical, managerial or entry level positions.

Proficiency is
evaluated during the screening process and is summarized within core
competencies:
Technical Expertise
Organizational Skills
Leadership / Project Management Skills
Customer Focus
Financial Performance

These areas are divided into 8
topics which have specific questions that allow for a scoring
process as noted:

The details of the screening are captured within
each of the sections. An executive summary provides a high level
view of the results. The interview process typically takes between
45 and 90 minutes to complete depending on the responses and
interaction. |
